About Us

Dan graduated from Loyola University New Orleans in 1997 with a BA in Finance. He entered the mortgage business in 1998 by accepting a job as a Residential/Commercial loan officer with Pan American Bank in Miami. In 1999, Dan accepted a position as Senior Loan Officer for Family America Mortgage, where he was the company's top producer for 2 years straight. In 2001, Dan was promoted to Branch Manager and in 2005 he became partner of the company with 2 branches under his direct control. In 2007, Dan made the move up to Broward county and opened up his own venture, Priority Lending Corp, with his business partner and long time friend, Ken Zorovich. "Priority Lending is quickly rising as one of the premier commercial mortgage brokers in the state of Florida." Dan is a licensed Commercial/Residential Mortgage Broker and a licensed Realtor. He is a member of the South Broward Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

Ken Zorovich graduated from Florida State University with a BA in Finance. In addition, Ken is also a licensed Commercial/Residential Mortgage Broker. He began his mortgage industry career by accepting a position as a Mortgage Specialist with Family America Mortgage in 2001. Proof that hard work pays off, Ken was able to increase his production every year which resulted in him being considered a top producer year in and year out with the company. After spending almost seven years with the same company, Ken felt it was time to apply the knowledge and skills he had developed over the years by venturing out with his former boss and long time friend Dan Longman to form Priority Lending Corp. "Being an entrepreneur is the most challenging task a person can face in the business world but it can be the most rewarding as well."
